When you use our app, we may automatically collect certain information:

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Save your game progress and achievements
• Analyze app usage and performance

4. Data Storage

Your game progress and data are stored both locally on your device and securely in the cloud to enable cross-device synchronization and multiplayer features. When you create an account, your progress is automatically synced to our secure servers powered by Supabase. This ensures your progress is preserved if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

Local storage is used as a cache for offline support and immediate UI updates. Cloud storage is used for:

• Cross-device synchronization
• Global leaderboards and multiplayer competition
• Shareable challenge codes
• Data recovery after device loss or app reinstall

You can continue using the app without an account, but your progress will only be stored locally and will not sync across devices.

Our app may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you, including:

• Supabase (for cloud data storage and authentication)
• Image hosting services (for educational content)
• Analytics services (to understand app usage)

You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings (recommended)
• Using the "Reset Campaign" feature in the Profile tab (resets progress only)
• Uninstalling the app from your device

The "Delete All Data" option permanently removes all stored information including progress, badges, achievements, trivia results, and leaderboard data from both your device and cloud storage. If you have an account, you can also delete your account and all associated data through the Settings screen. These actions cannot be undone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
