By downloading, installing, or using Aurelius: History Quest ("the App"), operated by Agape Group GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aurelius: History Quest is an educational mobile application that provides interactive historical content, trivia games, and learning experiences. The App is designed for educational and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. Users under 13 may use the App with parental supervision and consent.

4. User Accounts and Data

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.

• Game progress and data are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues, uninstallation, or software updates.

• You may reset your progress at any time using the "Reset Campaign" feature in the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
